Often time people don’t think of the inner men but yet the book of Life talks about the importance of keeping your inner man healthy witch is the spirit I have come to believe that our biddies doesn’t only consist of flesh mind and the soul but our bodies is a spirit being.

Feed your spirit your inner human

So often we do not feed the spirit and if people where to get a hold of that fact it you will help them to have a much better and healthy spirit witch will improve the quality of life in a profound way because you have attended to not just the physical part of your body but also the spirit that often time has been neglected by most people .

Having understanding of the importance of having a healthy spirit will help you improve the quality of life because by knowing how to feed your spirit will increase your health and will cause to have a Healthy spirit .

Healthy your Mind

When the spirit is Healthy your Mind is also healthy and when the spirit and mind is healthy you can understand the things of the Creator who is Spirit.

I’m going a little deep in this one because I want you to understand the importance of having a healthy spirit in the book of Life you can see that it is mention.

John 4:24 

²⁴ God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

John 6:63 

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.

We tend to care for the things of the flesh but what about the spirit look at this scripture above it tells us that the flesh is no benefit but the spirit is

After all as you can see you were created in the image of the Creator and the book of Life tells us that ,so look above where john tells us that God is a spirit so are you .

Romans 8:26-27 

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God

This is the importance to have this knowledge because when you recognize this things and connect to the Word they will manifest in your life because you have believe in the spirit witch is of God .

Once you align your self with the believe of God and his connection true the Word and your spirit it is like giving life to your Body because you are now connected to the creator witch is what you where born to do .

This is a profound knowledge when you connect your spirit with the Word of God their is no sickness nor disease .

You ask how can this be? because in God their is nothing impossible to him who believe God is Love God is Spirit and where their is Love no sickness can abide in him because the Love of the spirit witch is of God will over come all that is hindering the Body .

This is already done for you accepted and believe in the word witch is the key to improving and to have a healthy spirit .

Isaia 53;4;5

He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief. Like one from whom men hide their faces, He was despised, and we esteemed Him not.
